Sea & Soil is a Soil Association registered organic food supplement, which offers a unique blend of seaweeds (Ascophyllum nodosum and Fucus vesiculosus), plus a range of nutritious vegetables and herbs, including organic ashwagandha root (see below for full list).

The iodine-rich food-approved seaweeds contribute to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal skin, the normal production of thyroid hormones, normal thyroid function and the normal growth of children.

The other food-based ingredients also provide a range of nutrients, including antioxidants, phyto-chemicals, polyphenols, enzymes, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
